all fighters fight injured but saku always seemed like he was held together with tape.

He sure was. I remember those massive taped up knees, big figure-8’s over his knees, supporting the outside and leaving the knee cap uncovered… I wondered how much he paid his athletic trainer, per fight camp, to do that everyday… As it wasn’t just a fight-day thing…
