I saw some subscriber of Irish Partizan fundraising to move him to a better place and hire a caretaker.
That said, I never got the fascination with Kolya, he's just an old alcoholic who was pretty content living like he did imo Victor was a much cooler dude but for some reason Bald never returned to him.
