What were the 4 sports?
I know of wrestling, MMA, and disc golf. What was the forth?

I’m thinking maybe he counts freestyle and folkstyle wrestling as 2 separate sports but I am also curious if there is another sport he became top 10 in the world at.

Disc golf? He must be talking about amateur level. He is solid but nowhere near top 10, maybe 500.
