Aspinall: Jon Jones is ducking me

Tom has really started smelling his own farts since becoming interim champ. I guarantee you Jon Jones is not fucking ducking a guy that lost to absolute bums on the regional circuit. LMAO

What part of the Stipe fight is a much bigger fight, and has been booked long before you were even a blip on everyone’s radar, doesn’t he understand?

There’s always a guy Jones is ducking according to casuals. Always! Aspinall isn’t that guy.

I’m being 100% realistic. Casuals, lol

Let me take a wild guess… You’re from the UK

Jon is 37 years old and has fought twice in 5 years, and is trying to fight at a higher weight class where hes giving away the physical advantages he had over almost everyone at LHW.

If he doesnt tread carefully by fighting 40+ year olds who havent won a fight in 4 years and who went life and death with an old DC, or pillow fisted muay thai guys who got outwrestled by Ngannou, hes going to get run over. Probably wouldnt even take Aspinall to do it.

If he doesnt retire after Stipe he will fight Poatan, guaranteed. He is never fighting Aspinall or any big powerful HW who might be able to negate his wrestling. Hence why he stayed the fuck away from Ngannou but magically popped up GSP/Bisping style for Gane. Hes in full cherry pick mode now.

He tried being nice and respectful and Jones let things stay as they are.

Jones should do the honourable thing, like Prochazka did, and give up that belt.

Jones wants NONE OF THAT.

I’m from the US so fuck off with that limey shit.

This. The UFC should have forced it. Aspinall should be the one and only champ. With Jones having an instant title shot if he wants it. .

Jones isn 't a active fighter.

Wish Aspinall would turn it in!

Yeah we get it you want to fight Jones! Don’t bloody go on about it!

I’ve seen you make this argument before.

Glover Texiera, Conor McGregor and Wanderlei Silva – just to name a few – are all fighters with losses in their first 5 fights to guys who don’t have Wikipedia pages.

Citing early losses by a fighter in this particular situation does nothing to bolster your argument.

what do you want him to do when asked about it? He’s literally the interim champ which means he should be fighting Jon Jones next, should he not talk about his next opponent?

From the UK correct?? Lol

So just a casual, got it.

Yes it does.

How many no name bums did Jon lose to again? I’ll wait…

He should have some decency and wait for his pec to heal!

I don’t believe you.

Jones having no losses early in his career/Aspinall having losses early in his career has absolutely nothing to do with whether, at this stage of their respective careers, Jones wants that match up.

If you believe it does, you have no credibility on this topic.
