In Chucks last 6 fights he has had to defend one half hearted attempt by Ortiz.
This is not Pride, there is virtually no penalty for failed takedowns

Dude, they try to even do a setup for a takedown and they get shut down or feel shut down. Their minds are thinking take him down! but their bodys are getting shut down by chucks movement and his always dangerous fists waiting to fly at thier faces
