I am only currently able to train twice a week. Every time I train I feel slight improvment. My question is should I space out the training mon, wed or make it back to back. What do you think is better with a twice a week training regime???
I'd prefer to space it out. Sometimes when you work out hard, you need a day for your body to recover.
What exactly do you do when you train? Believe it or not that makes a difference. Does yor training emphasize more conditioning or is it more technical?
I ask this because conditioning oriented training is tough on the body and you certain need time to recovery whereas purely technical oriented training isn't too hard on the body and you don't need alot of time to recovery.
