I struggle with this shit every day of my life, man. Just try to always remember that there are good people who truly love you and would do anything for you, even if that's not the people you want/need it to be.
I've contemplated ending it all more times than I can count. A lot of times, I feel like life would be easier for everyone if I wasn't around. But, then I remember all the people who truly care, and would be devastated if I did.

hardest part is how am I suppose to look at them now. I never thought they'd be like this. they were not that type of people until a few years of battling my Drunk brothre and his daily drunk escapades. they gave all their help/compassion/caring to him and alcohol didnt give any back. they changed. Im gettin the side effects of that. I dont want to have feelings of "just wait to you get cancer from those cigs" but the feelings come up when they treat me bad. Im not that type of person and dont want to be wishin karma on my mom. but it really hurts when your sick beggin for your life and the cigs are more important.

a portable dryer is needed. I cant use ours as smells from thier clothes and the places they go get in it. I wash the washer on a cycle with just vinegar/baking soda after they do laundry, thenm I can wash clothes, but I have to hang all my clothes up in the house to dry. they smell like cigs when done of course. thats been a small torture for about 8 months now. church was goin to get one for me, but I told them I need the smoke thing more.

Throughout my life since I was a kid I would get these nasty headaches and feelings of being sick followed by this constant feeling that is almost indescribable, but this feeling was always triggered by certain things ( smells, memories, stress, anxiety and lack of sleep, just to name a few.) This started when I was roughly 10 And it's still going on and I'm 28 now, but everyone always thought I was lying and looking for attention and making it up. It got really bad last year and I kept having that same indescribable feeling and than I ended up having a grand mal seizure. They hooked me up to a eeg 19 years after these problems started and it turned out I have temporal lobe epilepsy in my left lobe. Explaining these feelings I was accused of making up. They call them auras I guess but they are not fun. But once they found out I got out on some meds and my life has improved a lot. Still not perfect but I'm just bringing this up because it sounds like you've been through hell and maybe there is a .000000001% chance it could be similar to what I was going through. Sorry if this message bothers anyone, just trying to think of anything that might help.

love your screen name btw. funny, was just talkin with OP other day about my 5 sitting at stop lights rear ending car accidents in life (not including most recent one hit on the side). all were within 3 yr period back in 04-07. I used never understood fighters gettin gun shy after a ko. after all, its fighting and part of the job, someones goin down. then after those accidents, I found myself afraid to drive or have cars close behind me. would have panic attacks even. so I learnt all about being gun shy and being "Afraidtogethit" lol!
