Baroni has very good cardio. If any of you guys fight then you would know to throw as many punches as baroni did in his last fight and missing on alot of them and throwing as hard as he did if he didn't have good cardio he would have never been able to finish that fight the way he did.It takes alot more out of you when you miss then when you connect.I will always remember the remark george forman made during a david tua fight tua threw a hard hook and missed and forman said there goes four miles of cardio out the window. That's straight out of a world champs mouth.Baroni is one of the hardest training fighter's out there he gives everthing he has show some respect like baroni did after his last fight he is a real man and getting better and better and more mature as a fighter everyday.Show respect when respect is due.
you are correct his cardio has improved tho so im sure he has room for a lot more improvement i would like to see baroni pace himself though if he could conserve his energy better and unleash late in the second and then in the 3rd he would have won a lot more fights by now in my opinion.
he does still need to keep working on the cardio he has though.
"missing on alot of them" So good cardio poor technique? So his technique, or lack there of, caused him to gas?
Definetly a hard worker and goes all-out from start to finish.
Who teaches striking at Hammer House, anyway? Not being an ass here, just curious...
Yeah Blaf whatever the fuck that means.
Dogman not bad technique just good movement on misaki's part.Misaki fought a perfect fight.
BAroni's punches definately lost steam in that fight though. He had no snap on them toward the end, just clubbing, and he hit Misaki a few times and Misaki didn't even blink at him.
Baroni does have great power, but it comes him being strong and aggressive, not from good technique. After he starts to fatigue, he becomes an ordinary puncher.
TTT
The funny thing is Baroni looked more dangerous in the last minute of the fight against Misaki due to his desperation than he ever looked at any point of the fight prior. I dont know how people can really blame his cardio in this one. Misaki just plain out classed him from start to pretty much finish. Brillant fight from Misaki.

Baroni has a following on the UG and it's called the under 50 post club. I notice every time someone makes a thread that almsot sucks Phil off via the net it's a guy with under 50 posts. ummmmmm???????"
totally off topic but i just cannot STAND this kind of logic, its almost as bad as fighter mathmatics. You do not sit a test to get a UG accout to demonstrate your MMA knowledge, your join date is ONLY the date you joined this forum, that is it, i followed MMA for 4 years before i joined this forum, i read it for ages but only felt like posting a while ago. The UG ground is not as bad as sherdog and there stupid fucking belts, i mean that place is like the Mcforum of the internet were you are suppost to respect some dude with a "black belt" post counter like he was some 80's balding phat ex-pat in his deadly starch ironed ninja suit with matching spats. Get a grip please...
jakob, I read Baroni trained at AKA for this fight. Did you see it? Was it close or did Misaki win by ownage?
phatboy......
I am a BARONI fan and I outdate you on the UG. Your 9,000 posts = no life
Robert, honestly, the fight really wasn't close. Standing Misaki picked him apart, and fought a really smart in and out fight, for the most part picking his sports well, and getting out of Baroni's range giving Baroni very little opportunity to counter effectively. He used excellent movement, and mixed up his attack well, keeping it unpredictable and Baroni guessing. Did an excellent job with his leg kicks to Baroni as well. Baroni would try to get it going at times, but he seemed to miss the greater majority of his punches, and really did not accomplish much besides wasting his own energy. Baroni was out classed.
^^ Lol ^^ Pross good post I belive you just made a damn good point, of course my opinion mean nothing as I dont have 9k posts either
Often times Baroni's cardio may be his biggest knock, but on this occasion cardio was not his biggest issue. Misaki simply brought more to the table striking wise, and was much more capable of executing his game than Baroni at any point of the fight.
you're still an idiot for putting any kind of merit into post-count
How many fights does he have to lose to become the best ever in people's minds because that's where this is going.
fair enough phatstuff, must have read to much into it, now i get you...calm down though eh
I thought his cardio was pretty good. Much better than some of his UFC performances where he'd gas after one round.
