Anyone know if the audio cd's that come with the Big Books of Combat are different than the cd's that come with his MMA workout set?

Yes. The books audio CDs are more info about the books. The workout CDs has all of the MMA workouts on them.

The CDs avaible at the MMA.tv Store are Bas adding detail to the Big Books of Combat!

Any and every Bas Rutten instructional I have ever watched/listened to (including the workout) have been amazing. The workout kicks your ass.

Yeah, they're good, but don't listen to those tapes in the car. I've had four car accidents in the last week.
