Great fight from Ben. But what I don't understand is why he didn't switch to a traditional triangle, he had plenty of opportunities to do so from the rubber guard one.

I was wondering the same thing. Shocked to see Bravo hasn't tried this. It was instinct for me when trying to just lock on to someone. I've done that with my arm in like him, but thought a triangle wouldn't work with the arm stuck in there.

We'd have been seeing that guys brains had elbows been legal. That ref was also a douche. He's stuck and he's warning Saunders about inactivity. Refs need to mind their own fuckin business and stop trying to direct the fight.

Every fighter on the bottom should use what Saunders used. That was some sick guard.
