Not a good move Benson especially with your limited ability to inflict serious damage to your opponent. Go to different camps (AKA, Nova Uniao, Apollo Creeds camp in South Central LA) to get that killer instinct back that's been causing some setbacks.
bad move, he would get smashed at 170 by the top fighters. I really believe Hendricks would just steam roll Henderson. Henderson is not as big as people are making out, he has very slim shoulders and upper body, its because his legs are quite big, a lot of his weight is in his ass and legs.
