Best 4 day Rotation for Lifting ?

Most MMA fighters are lean.

I don't want bulk. I am after those types of weighted exercises.

I'm lean,here's a sample workout that I do.

This is with a 40 lb. kettlebell.

10 swings eachside
6 windmills each side
10 clean and jerks each side
10 bent over rows each side
20 push ups
10 squats each side
20 figure 8 passes.

I'll do 3 sets of that and try and get through each one as quickly as possible.Sometimes I'll do some jump rope rounds inbetween sets. That's just an example, not saying it's the greatest or I know everything ever,it works for me and I feel it pushes me pretty hard.

i'm surprised people still lift this way.

I grew up around body builders.

It is all I know.

i lifted this way for about 10 years because i grew up in the 80's when everybody lifted this way. it was all bodybuilding back then. i didn't start getting strong until i stopped.

this is the best way to lift, imo, if you only care about your appearance and maybe have some nagging injuries that prevent you from doing some real lifting

otherwise it just baffles me. good luck, though

I am not after bulk... but that is all I am getting =(
