if you're not in the US, pinnacle.com is by far the best. bookmaker.com has worked well for me
bookmaker is good, best lines lower juice then bodog, bodog has good customer service but they have been having a problem with slow payouts lately.
Stay away from BETUS period, go to sportsbookreview.com and check with there recommended list, i wish i did before the last ufc. Im still waiting for my money from serras fight.
