my ears are killing me. im finaly gonna give in and buy ear guards. any advice on which ones i should buy?

i have the clif keane tornado ones. they are big but are light and don't touch your ears at all so they don't hurt them even when they are already sore.
I have the cliff keane ones also. I like the fit and they do protect your ears pretty well.
I look like the dork kid who has to wear the total containment headgear braces.
I have the asics gel(regular, not half moon). I like it a lot and can't think of anything bad to say about it, but I've never tried any other.
