Best MMA striking instructional?

Its not a video, but Bas Rutten's big book of combat volume 1 is incredible in its depth on striking at all ranges and positions, and lays out several good combinations. I come from a boxing background and their are some subtle differences in traditional boxing stances and techniques that Bas changes up and in a streetfighting or MMA sense I feel the changes are definitely for the better(puts more power into every punch). I was highly impressed by both books.

How is King's 101 sparring? I think that'll be my post Christmas gift to myself...
