Best MySpace Message of this fight

ttt for thode guys.
What did you do Joe, not sigh an autograph for this guy at WalMart or something???

I've never been out east so just for clarification, is a 'pal' a 'bro'?  Thanks for the help.

 That was retarded...

Joe Lauzon = Director of Awesome
Guy who sent you that should be directed to suicide - that would be awesome ... pal

Whats hilarious is that Ive encountered this type of person before. They think that their condescending tone makes up for a total lack of credibility or experience to know what theyre talking about.

Yes, Joe lost that fight because of a lack of humility and because he stayed in the gym he started with and refused to grow.

Retarded.

Joe you seemed like you gassed real quick in the fight was this because of the high altitude?Or maybe the preassure of being in the main event? Im not trying to be a dick im a big fan and i was just wondering.

Pretty funny to see you post this. Donnie, whoever he is, is not a troll. He sends me messages regularly. He seems like a fan that wants/likes to be involved in the sport but as you can see, comes off in an odd, sort of "he knows best" sort of way.

He sent me a friend request b4 my Fitch fight. Along with the request was a message reading "Good luck in your fight against Fitch... You're gonna need it. Fitch is a beast and I don't see you beating him..." Something to that affect. I accepted his request and answered "thanks, I guess... friend"

When he saw that I managed my own myspace account he started to be nicer. Now he just messages me a lot. Sometimes I answer, sometimes I don't. Odd but harmless I hope...

Ray Jackson, are you really Donnie?

Well using this guy's training ideas, ditch BJ and go train with Travis Fulton. That dude is a TRU road warrior

guezz-I'd like the sport much better before it became popular-now everyone wears the clothes and knows everything about everything-

good advice, maybe you should take notes, pal. this guy sounds like a great coach!

LOL pal. I pal agree whole*pal*heartedly pal. sorry, I have the pal hiccups pal, and every time I pal hiccup, it sounds pal like I am pal saying "pal" pal.

Although I highly respect your opinion kirik, I would also agree that any numbnuts could have told him the exact same advice. It isn't like it is any philosophical insight, or any holy grail of advice. I think it is pretty much common knowledge. And B.J. Penn IS a true warrior.

And LOL inf0. Great post.

Consult Bobby Southworth.....

LOL... Seems like your pal enjoyed your loss Creepy.

Don't think you're cool in the taverns of Mass, pal. Less visits to taverns & more training needed from veterans pal.
