For me it would be Papakolea. Candy for the kids, beer for the adults. Plus this year I hear they giving away Mats.

Years ago I used to take my kids Hawaii Kai to that neighborhood the owner of Haagan Daas lives.
he gave out free ice cream.
I would make the drive for Haagan Daaz. Looking for guys living, I mean dressed, as snakes.
