Looking into getting something to help prevent picking up nasty things from training.
Besides a good soap right after training, I was thinking about getting one of the products that you rub on before training and it protects your skin.
KS skin creme is one. Does this stuff work or is there a better product to use?
Need it for normal training, but going to brazil in a month and want to have something like that for sure down there.
