My favorite Takedown for Self Defense Scenarios. Great control but also good vision to observe your environment, and you don’t have to automatically go to the ground with this takedown.

I did a power double on concrete…
That was stupid. It saved me more of an ass kicking but fucked my knees up , plus I was drunk and missed an elbow
