Best three fight win streak ever

So what do you think is the best three fight win streak of all time? I looked for hours of all the best fighters and I have to say its Michael Bisping.

His current three fight win streak is,
Anderson Silva, Luke Rockhold, and Dan Henderson.

Its amazing how its hard to go three consecutive fights against top ranked people.

Josh Barnett beat Alexander , Hunt and Nog in the owgp before losing to CC.

All those guys were in their prime unlike Hendo or Andy.

The last 12 fights of GSP's career are unbelievable. He fought and beat everyone.

Jon Jones wins over Rua, Rampage, and Machida were pretty impressive at the time.

Vitor when he beat bisping, rockhold and hendo all in devastating fashion is pretty fucking insane.

Off the top of my head I'd throw Jon in there. Gustafsson, Glover and Cormier. Not saying it's the best but it's the best I can think of without some research.

This def over the first j.jones example

Shoguns pride Grand Prix run is in the discussion too

Pettis.

Wins over cowboy, Bendo and Melendez

If this was 2010, I would agree, but Andy and Hendo are nowhere near their peak. Bisping would have been eaten alive by 2006-2010 Andy.

JJ had an impressive run, he probably has at least one consecutive 3 fight lineup that was more impressive.

After turning 40 and within just over an 11 month span, Hendo:

1. Annihilated and almost killed Babalu (previous Strikeforce LHW champ and UFC LHW title contender) in under 2 minutes. Pat Miletich, who was ringside commentating, said the punches that Hendo landed to Babalu's face while he had him on the ground were the hardest he had ever seen or heard in his entire fighting and commentating career.

2. Won the Strikeforce LHW belt from Top 10 at the time, and then SF LHW belt holder, Rafael (Feijão) Cavalcante, who must have outweighed Hendo by at least 20 pounds. Hit him so hard, Feijão spun completely around while falling to the canvas and landing face first.

3. Drank water until he could barely make the required HW weight limit in order to have a chance to fight the greatest HW of all time, Fedor. Defeated him in an epic war in the 1st round. Still the only human being able to KO the Last Emperor.

4. Defeated all time legend, Shogun, a former UFC LHW champ AND PRIDE Grand Prix Champ. Was voted the Fight of the Year, and one of the greatest battles of all time.

Particularly the last 3 of this streak is unbelievably impressive, to say the least.

Before this, he also had a 3 fight win streak over Bisping (UFC champ), Franklin (former UFC champ) & Palhares (former WSOF champ) within a 10 month span.

Cain beat Rothwell, Big Nog, and Brock Lesnar in consecutive fights. Considering the weight class and how it is today I find that to be damn impressive.

Stipe beat Arlovski, Werdum, and Overeem all by first round KO/TKO.

At that time he cut (a little) to make LHW.

Why would he need to drink water to make HW? Anything over 205/6 is HW.

I like this thread. I'll go Chuck beating Randy,Babalu, and Tito.

Lawler over Hendricks, McDonald & Condit is pretty impressive recently. Especially as he only won one of them in the mind of anyone sane

Bispings wins although official wins are losses other then rockholds in the eyes of alot of people. So really not that impressive. To me anyways. Your entitled to your own opinion and I respect that. I believe Shoguns grand prix run was much more impressive.

A couple throwback Pride streaks for you guys.

Shogun's 4 fight in the '05 GP still stands out. You can pick 3 in any direction of that and hold it to anyone's.

Schilt, Herring and Nog was a big 3 for Fedor too.

Kawajir, Sakurai, Azerado was impressive for Gomi too.

Savage. Stipe is a lunatic.

Hardly cut anything to fight at LHW. Watch the fight between him and Feijão- the size difference is huge. For the Fedor fight, word was he was right around 204/5 come weigh in time and needed to chug some H2O to get himself to 206.5 or whatever it was.
