I have been enduring the cheese grater like brutality of a concrete wall during traing for years. This year I am planning on finally padding it and am looking for the most economical bang for your buck I can find. I have heard you can make your own by stapling laminated vinyl over closed cell foam and plywood before mounting to your wall, but I am not sure I want to invest 400+ dollars on something that "should" work. Anyone have any tips or experience with different wall paddings? Thanks.
