Just wanted to get the forum's opinion on what are the best DVD's out there covering wrestling for MMA and sub-grappling? Looking for something in the beginner and intermediate range. Thanks!

I hear Gholar's are pretty good. Hell, he trains Brazilian Top Team on wrestling so he's got to know his shit.
