Biggest A-Holes in MMA?

IB... totally forgot... shane carwin is ridiculously nice and approachable.

"jON Hess was a real douche when I met him. He was trying to be congineal, but always mean muggin and shit. "

S.A.F.T.A MOTHERFUCKA

mean machine  - Bisping and Rashad

Thats BS

Bisping has always been fan friendly. There's vids of him on youtube walking around the town center taking pictures with people with Kongo.

Apparently Vera is one of the coolest and most fan friendly guy in MMA...Tito too.

Dana's actually a really nice guy. Last time UFC was in Sacramento my cousins went to the weigh ins and they called me and said they were talking to dana. next thing i know dana's on the phone asking me why i'm not there (fukin work). he talked to me for about 3-4 minutes. he was hella cool. not nut huggin, just thought it was cool that he went outta his way.

I met Shogun and Ninja at a seminar they held in Chicago. They were both laid back and nice guys.. Shogun showed something off and Ninja kept looking at me like "eeeh??? you like that?" Shogun tapped me out too.. which was kinda neat

Shonie Carter was there too. He seems like such a normal dude, he's always at an mma event in the Chicago land area, when you meet him, there is no ego at all.. pretty awesome.

Hmm when i worked at a academy ken shamrock came in.......that mofo was big as a house........but he did not seem approachable at all.

Ricco rodriguez also came in that store with some chick with a huge rack, he was cool signed an autograph.

I met Royce last weekend... very nice, humble guy. I have also run into Rory Singer and Dan Severen on separate occasions. Both of those guys were very cool too.

I got to spend saturday before last with Pat Miletich at CZMMA. Nicest guy you'll ever meet.

Got to train with Renso Gracie and Dan Severn years ago. Also super nice guys.

I heard Stephan Bonnar is a giant douche, Jason Guida is a cool guy, but he seems like a drama queen. He freaked on a ref for what he fealt was a questionable stand up... his guy worked hard for a takedown. and after a minute of no action there was a stand up.. in betweens rounds he YELLED at the ref for about 3 minutes on how stupid he was. Kinda ruined watching the fight for me.

Varner is a bitch from everything I can tell. Idc if he turns on the charm for fans.

shoman - IB... totally forgot... shane carwin is ridiculously nice and approachable.
He and his wife are both quality.

I've met Bas Rutten before and he was a great guy when I met him.

I met Bas about 4 hours before his fight with Randleman and he was a nice guy. Anyone can be having a bad day. Tito was at that same show and was also nice. He talked to pretty much everyone in the crowd for the whole night. For that matter, after his fight, Wanderlei Silva came out to talk to some Brazilian fans sitting next to me. He didn't know them, he just heard them yelling to him in portugese.

The nicest guy of all time that I've met was Nick Diaz. After Nate's fight in Broomfield, Nick was taking photos and talking to fans up in the stands. I never saw him turn down a photo or a chance to say hello. Eventually he got a call from their mom and he had to tell the crowd following him that he had to leave.

I was at a Pankration tourney reffin, and one of my students missed his division and I couldn't deal with it at that moment 'cause I was busy. Uriah Faber came over and saw the kid was upset, he said "C'mon I'll take care of it". My student went from almost crying, to really stoked in a split second.

Havent met any assholes, but Dana and Matt Serra are two of the nicest people I have ever met.

I've only met a few, and don't think I can say anything bad about any of them.

I doubt I would try to talk to Rampage if I saw him, too many stories of people getting slapped

Matt Serra was really cool when i met him
