No, YOU don't get it. Bisping said he wants a fight in November, then another after that before facing Hendo. I suggest you re-read the quote more carefully.
I do get it.  He should not get a rematch even if he beat a top guy in November and someone after that

frontrowbrian -  Bisping has been brainwashed by Dana White into thinking he's an A level fighter like a Rich Franklin or Dan Henderson. In reality, his nationality is the reason for his push. It sure as hell can't be his fight resume.

It is a very bad match up for him. Henderson still has a granite chin and the killer right hand is still there.

Food poisoning seems to be very common in the fighter population..much higher than in the general pop.
