Abu Dhabi is on the coast but only 5-10 miles inland and you're in the middle of the desert. I doubt it gets all that humid.

 depends on how constant is the wind!!...in Puerto Rico where im from the humidity is huge compared to South Carolina ....but the air feels cool and fresh even if its 100 degrees ...

here same humidity same wind same heat feels like im inside a oven with vapor and steam!! 

PR being 100 miles long might have to do something with that also being in the middle of the carribean.. Hawaii problaby has the same exact weather thou

Its gonna depend how constant and how close to the Ocean
