Great video, I'm trying to temper my expectations of him in the UFC but it's hard not to get excited when you see how quick he is to actually attack. Has decent stand up too so his opponent can't just focus on avoiding the ground game.

Milton is awesome. I got a weeks worth of privates from him a couple years ago, and all I can say is thank god I took notes because I wasnt capable at the time of truly understanding what he gave to me.

AWESOME! Since I'm pretty obsessed with darces, anacondas, RNCs, guillotines, etc, this was great to hear his perspective on them. Some awesome footage of some great and fast set ups. Directed very well and I hope he does well in the UFC! he deserves it!
