Panhandle School of Self Defense. It is not a BJJ school, more of a sub wrestling place, not even really a school as the head guy is not that knowledgeable. Other then that, unfortunately nothing.
I attended for awhile but got tired of the lack of learning, and I thought the mats were very tough and gripped way too much. Then after a girl compound fractured her toe on the mat in a sprawl, I called it quits there. I just got to wait till I move I guess.

I went to the Panhandle school when I was down there for a month. They teach kenpo and trad. jujutsu. It was not what I was looking for.
This was 2 or 3 years ago. I have no idea what they are doing there now.
Unfortunately there is no place in PCB that I know of that fits what you are looking for.
