How would the top BJJ blackbelts do in the currently ongoing Worlds Championship in Wrestling. Dont know if Greco or Freestyle Wrestling though.
theyd get their asses whooped. the points system is completely different. guard doesnt exist.
they would pull guard and be immediately pinned, just like the wrestlers would get immediately triangled if they entered the Mundials.
Totally different sport. Lots of good badass takedown artist from Brazil but they train to takedown in MMA. At a world level wrestling event they would get worked.
just like wrestlers cross over to jiu-jitsu with a few years of experience I'm sure jiu-jitsuers could do the same
