I have the complete opposite problem. I've been certafied for a couple years and have been teaching out of a small room in my house for a year. I live in NH and I tried to go to every gym in a 60 mile radius and no one is interested in letting me teach. If they have a karate instructor their they won't even have an interview with me because "BJJ guys like to fist fight" what crap. I'm only a Brown Belt and would have a hard time moving away from where I train before I reached a Black Belt level since I drive 2 hours to train as it is right now. I lived in La. for 4 years when I was a kid and thought it was cool. Your gig your offering sounds to good to be true, but I'm a little interested.
