Great cause!

Sounds like it would be a really good instructional, too.

Last I read on his IG he is doing alright.

“Chemo round 3 , one more to go then surgery May 23rd . I’m handling chemo really well and doctors are very happy with results so far . Thank you everyone for the messages of support , I really appreciate it . Can’t wait to be back on the mats !”

Whats the deal with stomach cancer? Is it rather a high survival rate?

The instructional is all no-gi, I believe. I wish it was yes-gi.

Meh who cares, goes to a good cause. Plus no gi > gi. The gi is for children

I like the gi! It’s more interesting.

And for old men like me.

Trust me, switching to no gi is the best thing I ever did for injuries

I’m cross choking all day bro.

Probably bad karma to torrent this

Or the ones who like to be sore. I can train multiple days, back to back no gi.

If I train one day gi I need a few days rest.

That’s interesting. I can go day after day in the gi.

Are you getting sore in a specific area?

Yes neck/back

Can you strengthen it or are you already built like a goon?

I do work my neck/traps etc everytime I workout
