I own the complete set. I think this set is for a decent blue belt-purple belt. Everything they show is quality. The only thing I hate are the ten minute sets they do at the beginning and end that are obviously used to fill time. Also, if your in to this kind of thing, they do interviews during the tapes. This would be ok if they would be different everytime, but sometimes its the same thing.

Definitly helped my game though.
