monson would probably win, but subs are not so easy on sapp based on the limited experience we've had with sapp. he seems to be more prone to getting tko'd by good strikers, or gnp'd, but monson is strong at neither of those things. big nog who is probably better at mma subs than monson, had a hell of a time subbing sapp. sapp has a powerbomber's chance against monson, or he might ko him standing.
I think Sapp has proven that he is'nt fit for MMA .
He also challenged Tyson to any kind of combat sport he chose , and where did that go . Sapp is a joke .

bob sapp would actually come at monson and try to take his head off instead of running away... which would make the fight exciting. usually guys who fight him like sylvia do their best to run away too.
