Bradley: I’ll vacate the belt to fight Pacquiao

'Desert Storm' makes first hint of doubting his victory

Timothy Bradley has made an admission in a recent interview The Desert Sun that he should at least make the WBO title vacant after being declared the winner in what looked to be a certain victory for June 9th opponent Manny Pacquiao.

Bradley, 28, had fully denied that he lost the bout up until that point, but is now willing to re-challenge for the title, which to me is an indication that he believes that he did not win the coveted belt in the first place.

"Let's do it. Let's do the rematch. Let's put the belt vacant, and let's fight for the belt," Bradley said to mydesert.com all but declaring that the outcry over the result was justified.

Pacquiao seems keen to leave Bradley behind though as the American begs for an undeserved rematch and promoter Bob Arum has already admitted that a second fight would be too hard to sell to the sceptical boxing fans.

'Desert Storm' is now more likely to defend his title against one of the WBO's top 15 on November 10th and unless he can secure a big name or unification, looks set to miss out on an MGM Grand return.

I feel bad for him. It is not his fault they had idiot judges. He is really in a no win position. Honestly this is probably the best thing that could happen along with getting rid of the judges from the previous fight.
