i got a very decent peak at his soul for a quick chat, but would never claim i knew him.
one line which stood out for me in our conversation, i was thinking about the damage he had taken and asked him about his gym work… he started the sentence in reply with ‘i am accustomed to hard sparring…’
many times, reading news, i have thought back to those 6 words. sad times.
