What he means is that there’s a special fluoride gel (not really toothpaste) that you brush your teeth with AFTER you brush them with real toothpaste. You don’t rinse this fluoride gel out of your mouth, but rather, spit the excess out and leave what’s left to coat your teeth for as long as it will. It neither looks nor tastes like regular toothpaste and doesn’t foam up.
