My MMA gym has a decent weight room/cardio area that I use.

The only things I have at home at the moment is my heavy bag and an elliptical machine that I don't really care for.

In the future I plan to get :

Bench
Squat rack
Pull up bar
Speed bag
Kettle bells
Treadmill
Mats

Then the only thing I'd need to leave the house for are BJJ/Muay Thai classes.
