Born in Salinas, raised in Yuma, AZ. Trained mma in San Jose, CA, arrested for a shooting in Morgan Hill, CA. You will find Mexicans and gangs in all of those California regions. It’s California. Arizona too. It’s not like Mexican people haven’t been a large part of this country’s population for many decades.

Is he being held at a regional hospital, I assume the recoil from firing any gun would injure Cain enough to require a 6-12 month inpatient stay and physical therapy.

This is due to your location. It’s a fairly common tattoo amongst some of the more “street” Mexicans here in CA. Still pretty cringe though.

Yeah. I went to junior high and high school in the very west side of San Jose. Top notch school district and one mile in either direction and I was in what is now pretty much the technology hub of the world in Cupertino, and the other direction was an even more expensive and well off area in Saratoga. I definitely got myself in trouble as a juvenile regardless of my location and wonderfully supportive parents.
