Cain needs to drop weight and go to 205.
Cain is only 6' tall and was a soft 235 in his earlier UFC fights. He could easily make 205. If his head weren't so huge he'd probably already be there.

Maybe not a great idea to use a picture where he's clearly the biggest guy in the room to make your point.
But yeah he could probably make 205 with a little dieting and 15-20lb weight cut.
Even if he is clearly the biggest guy in the room, is anyone there even 205? But I don't think he even looks bigger than Jon Fitch there.
