What kills it is his total lack of ability to use logic and his refusal to actually learn about any of the subjects at hand past the conspiracy theory itself.

With an entry level knowledge of physics and geography, one can assure one's self of the Earth being round. One can fly in a plane, one can look out at other planets and find they are spheres.

He thinks "there are corrupt news sources" and believes it makes sense to dismiss everything but those with no credentials, rather than the logical path of verifying individual sources.

Just like with leftists, right-wingers, socialists, capitalist, his stances are a piece of his identity rather than just some conclusions he came to and is continuing on the path of learning with them.

He's salty, dismissive, and says "oh it's youtube" when a logic 101 class would let him know that "the person putting the video on youtube can be a worthy source...or it can be some lunatic spouting absolute nonsense with no sourcing..."

It's ugly, sad, uncomfortable, and beyond bothersome.

I'm a mark for Joe and have watched hundreds of podcasts while skipping a handful. I watched a few minutes of the last Companion and said "Oh yeah...no thank you."

Outside of his knowledge of BJJ, Eddie is a dolt. But at least he's not fake, and doesn't pretend to be something he's not, unlike most people (especially on the fight companions.) He's a Jits savant and conspiratard, what you see is what you get.

He's gone full retard. It was a while ago that it happened. But when I heard him talking to Rogan about The Principle, I knew he was gone. He believes basically everything wholesale and will mock you for actually having some type of knowledge on it that you read in a book versus some jackass's youtube video that he made with Windows PowerPoint.

Im a fan of eddies so it does not bother me with him being on the podcast but if he did, then i wouldnt watch those specific podcast. Also for those claiming he is an idiot etc... he clearly is not, seeing as how he has devised an awesome tournament format and rules along with brilliant path ways in bjjj.

Yes he's a great guy in real life just not on the podcasts. Alex Jones had so much to say and Bravo wouldn't let him say it

Alex Jones is horrific. I listened to the things he was saying about pizzagate and was convinced, so I did some research and after an hour or two realised that his claims were based on very very little. He's a crazy man, I think he believes what he says, but he's not right about almost everything unfortunately for him and his followers.
