I have personally seen this, dozens of times. I know of agents who did exactly what Chael was accused of, literally 100's of times, per agent.
This practice was beyond rampant in the Phoenix area. Agents made millions of dollars a year. The practice was so widespread, title companies would actually draft the "side letter agreements" and directly disburse the payments out of escrow.
The amazing thing? I still haven't heard of a single conviction or license revocation.

Karma. I laugh in his lying, criminal, cheating face. And the best part is all of those statements have been proven by respected bodies of justice. No court can prove he's racist but it's obvious. I am not perfect and I don't claim to be. Chael has brought this on himself. This guy talks a good game but he's no different then a common scam artist He will say what he has to say to steal your money. cheating and lying his way to the next buck. I order 4/5 ppvs but will never pay to see him fight again. I typically don't care who says what to hype a fight or what a fighter does outside the cage but he may be the biggest hypocrite I've ever seen.

This has nothing to do with him being republican. It's not like democrats are clean of similar charges. See the repressentative from NY who just got censured for criminal acts.
