agreed.. i trained there for almost 8 years, up until about 2 years ago.. laid back style, awesome instructors, & and several grapplers there can really bring it!

TTT for moar. Looking for some 170 and under
pros to spar with. Preferably 145 or 155
but I'll take what I can get haha
