The second shows a young woman demonstrating a self defence move against knife holding attacker. There is so much naviety in the martial arts world it is unbelievable. This kind of stuff can get you killed in the real world.
I wouldn't mind submitting my resume to be one of the guys who gets beatdown over and over. I wonder if that pays well.
