Nick used to train with us at CTMMA. The kid was tough as hell. One day I had him in an armbar and he told me, " be careful, if you break this one, you have to wipe my ass!" He was one of the tougher guys to come through here. Good luck, Nick!!

I think this kind of thinking is bullshit. Same with losing to no-limbed wrestlers, etc...
These guys with physical handicaps are still elite level athletes. They've learned to adapt to their disability b/c that is all they have known since birth. It would be very different if an elite fighter lost a limb and still was able to compete at an elite level.
The fighters they go up against don't have someone like them to train against which actually puts them at a disadvantage when you think about it.
