Chicago BJJ Instructor

Can anyone tell me about Pedro Vianna as a BJJ Instructor? I am still looking for a school as I have just been given the go ahead by my surgeon after 2 major surgeries to start training. Any help about Pedro good, bad, or indifferent would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Drew

I agree with Shen. Awesome guy.

Pedro is great, and Jay Valko is awesome. Pete the greek is also a great instructor.

With all those taken into account, I woudl say Jay Valko's is the best, IMO.

Jay used to run some classes at Carlson's place on N. Lasalle...he now has his own gym in Symmetry in River North on Ontario.

Carlson Gracie Jr.
Pete "the Greek" Letsos
Jay Valko
Pedro Vianna

All good places to train. Could not go wrong with any of them. I would say it depends on where you live in the city and which classes work for you best. I have trained with all of them atleast a couple times.

Thanks,
Colin
