Chiesa is Italian?

I noticed on the UFC game Chiesa has an option for international gear and its the Italian flag.

I guess he is, I didn't know that. On yesterday's UFC Unfiltered episode he called in and Matt kept calling him paisan. They've had him on many times, first time I've heard it myself.

Cazzo!

He is a north west American rednick-hippie type guy.

Bobby Lupo and his bookie might wish he was Italian but he is not.

hes american of italian descent and seems touchy about it

Wannabe Italian. I do like his mom though could someone tell him please?

We're proud of our heritage - fuck off if you don't like it you kraut mic fucks.

He's too much of a complaining, suing bitch to represent that flag. Plus he's a fuckin redneck with poor hygein.

We don’t claim him.

Now, Shogun is ours.

Chiesa is a common italian name.

I think people that believe they are some other nationality when they're born and raised in America/Australia are just attention seeking vain douchebags, trying to virtue signal that they're somehow better or different than the rest of the plebs. Meanwhile, it's like hipster different, so different that almost everyone does this dumb shit.

'Im italian, I'm half polynesian, im actually serbian but I don't speak the language'

You're an american, idiot. Your PARENTS came from somewhere else. My dad was dutch, my name is dutch, but I'm a fucking australian having been born and raised there.

funny thing is that my dad describes himself as australian, not dutch. The people that actually did the hard thing and emigrated from their home countries are often very proud of their new homes and heritage, doesn't seem to be good enough for their precious children more often than not.

Americans even try to claim they are Italian when their grandparents or great grandparents were the immigrants. Most of them are mutts with just a single Italian grandparent.

Yup....only Italians do that.  You would never see an American guy with Irish heritage wearing shamrocks and listening to bagpipe music

Any person born and raised in one country claiming to be of another is a schmuck. Ethnic pride is for morons, and it's doubly stupid if you've never lived in the country of whatever ethnicity/nationality you claim.

100% this. And I'm first generation on one side. Even if you lived in said country why did you leave?
