I don't know what Koscheck is doing with his money but it seems to have given him more mileage compared to Leben.
These guys basically got their careers started on TUF and Koscheck is doing very well for himself vs Leben who is broke as hell.
Good point, but Josh was clearly better looking, helps with sponsers
Josh has plenty of toys including an airplane.
Well just listening to them you could tell Josh was smarter.
maybe Leben lost his $$$ during the 2008 crisis

Josh has also fought like 3x more fights.
dbl
Leben v. Koscheck would be a fun fight to watch given the animosity between the two. Of course, Kos could make it pretty boring.
Leben has 18 fights in the UFC
Koscheck has 21
hubris - Leben has 18 fights in the UFC
Koscheck has 21
oops.
It seemed like way bigger difference.

I have zero recollection of their first fight. Heading to youtube. brb. Actually, if it was a total bore, maybe I'll skip it. . .
and it's not like he's not marketable
he's gotten so much exposure with TUF and all the fights in the UFC and it's not like his fights are boring
Legal fees adding up + cost of living in Hawaii + wife/kids + lack of title/big name fights + supsension/fines
I like Leben and am a fan. Just guessing at what could account for some of it.
Koscheck be buying jets, Leben be buying gin
LilBrockonmychest -
Recently he's made the below BEFORE SPONSORS, which is a good percentage of a fighters income.
UFC 138: $46,000
UFC 132: 92,000
UFC 125: 46,000
UFC 116: $161,000
TUF 11 Finale: $95,000
Fight Night 20: $60,000
So, since 2010, he's made $500K from fighting and bonuses, not including sponsor money or locker room bonuses from the UFC. It's safe to say the guy has probably grossed near $1M in the past 3 years.
is that even including the Benjamins in envelopes that Uncle Dana gives out after the fight in the locker rooms?
