Looking for software to manage member details, such as emergency contacts, last grading, date fees are due, etc. Bonus points if you can include a photo. Right now we are using a combination of a spread sheet and paper forms (with photos paper clipped to the forms).
The best would be something where we could generate an attendance list to use in each class and also have more detailed info for mailings, etc.
