The camera shows clear as day multiple shots to the back of the head, as Colby is scrambling on Usman, immediately before the fight is stopped. He was still covering up his head as well. I counted something like 5-6 shots to the back of the head right before it's stopped.
Goddard really fucked it up in my opinion.

Nobody is crying. Fight was great regardless. However, the shitty ending did happen so it is what it is.
I didn't care who won because both guys are douche bags. That said, it was a terrible stoppage preceded by every shot being illegal that was landed on the ground. Colby positioned himself perfectly with his head between Usman's legs and Usman could only land illegal strikes or change the position. He landed illegal strikes and then Goddard stopped the fight as Colby was absolutely intelligently defending himself.
It doesn’t really matter as Usman would have won a decision.
