Amateur Muay Thai - Three 2-minute rds., 1-minute rest between rds. No elbows or knees to the head allowed. Knees to the body only.
Pro Muay Thai - Five 2-minute rds., 1-minute rest between rds. No elbows allowed. Knees allowed to the body and head.
