Funny video, and while I agree slams should be banned in most competitions, it is amazing how easy it is to elevate even skilled players. There are ways to prevent slams (hook the leg, open your guard) and yet people get picked up above head height all the time. If you're a triangle guy, hooking the leg should be instinct, regardless if slams are illegal.

Hell no man. Do it! We see people in their 40's starting all the time.
I started at 37, almost 12 years ago. The younger guys are faster, stronger, more athletic -- but there are other "ole dudes" that train my speed.
